Serving our Indian Muslim demography and employing highly qualified and credentialed Azatizahs we have been ensuring that our young and adults are amply served with the right Islamic knowledge. Currently we are running our classes from beginners to advanced classes at our premises and in 4 neighbourhood mosques around Singapore.
Marriage Preparatory Course (MPC): Family disputes, discords and divorces are unfortunately on the rise and in an effort to prepare young couples to face such disputes more readily SKML has been offering MPC for over 20 years. Infusing practical guidelines with religious obligations our trainers shares useful tips for a blissful marriage life.
Youth Volunteerism enables SKML to identify tomorrow's leaders and provide budding young leaders especially youths, an effective platform to do their bit for the community and social services. We welcome anyone who wishes to join us and help us build a better tomorrow.
SKM Co-Operative Limited - SKML is the only Indian Muslim organisation which has its own financial services arm through SKM co-operative. Established in 1948 our forefathers registered a co-operative to provide our community with basic banking services such as deposit schemes and small loans. We have since revitalised the Co-Op and have exciting plans to offer innovative saving schemes and small loans.
To promote harmonious living and manage family disputes amicably, SKML is offering mediation services and counseling for anyone who may have domestic disputes. These services are dispensed by qualified and well trained members of SKML.
In an endeavour to ensure that the last rites of our Indian Muslims are adequately served SKML have been offering Jenazah services to our community diligently. Our unique services includes offering supplications to the bereaved and also ensure proper explanation of our rights and rituals are well explained.
