Haji Naseer is Senior Education Officer and has been member of SKML since 1987. He is the second SKML Justice of Peace (JP) recipient and also received his National Day Awards, PBM, in 2015. He previously help positions as MUIS Council Member. Mendaki Board Member and also SINDA Executive Committee. He continues to hold various positions and contribute to the community via many different organisations.
